Initial Early Start Eligibility Assessments

Our team completes initial assessments to help determine eligibility for Early Start services. We learn about your child’s strengths, development, daily routines, and the areas where support may be helpful.

OT, PT, and Speech Therapy

We provide occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy for eligible children. Services follow the goals in your child’s Individualized Family Service Plan and include the family throughout the process.

What we support

Everyday activities are part of development.

Sessions may include play, movement, communication, eating, sleep, dressing, community outings, and family routines. We work on the areas that are important to you and your child.

OT

Occupational therapy

Sensory processing, co-regulation, play, fine motor development, daily routines, feeding participation, and caregiver coaching.

PT

Physical therapy

Movement, mobility, positioning, strength, coordination, access, and developmental motor milestones through play.

SLP

Speech therapy

Communication, interaction, language development, oral motor and feeding support, and access to AAC when appropriate.

Our approach

The whole family is part of the process.

We listen to what is working, what feels hard, and what your family wants to focus on. Together, we build support into the routines you already have.

1

Family priorities

Your family chooses what is important. We use those priorities to guide each session and every recommendation.

2

Mindfulness and movement

Both are integrated into every session to support regulation, body awareness, learning, and connection.

3

Self-advocacy

We help children notice, communicate, and advocate for what their bodies and nervous systems need.

4

All areas of development

OT, PT, and speech perspectives come together to support participation across home and community life.
